Which Design Package is best for me?
When picking the right package for your business you will need to factor in your business size, anticipated traffic to your site, amount of content, and frequency of updates. If you aren’t sure what will best fits your needs we can recommend the best package size after a one on one design session.

Do you offer custom packages?
Yes! If you are needing a larger site than you see listed, more complex interactive features, or a fully custom design we can help. We offer free one on one design consultations and quotes.
How Long will it take to design my website?
We typically have most sites done within 4-6 weeks once we receive the final sign off on the design proposal and the deposit is made. This timeline can take longer depending on how much time you are able to put into the initial design process and how quickly we receive content. Larger and more complex sites will take longer. An estimated timeline will be provided with your proposal
When is payment due?
Once you have received and signed off on your sites design proposal 50% of the fee will be due before work will start. The other 50% is due upon completion where we will turn over ownership of the site to you.
Will I own my site when it's finished?
Yes. You have complete ownership of your site and domain once the final payment is made. If you would like us to help manage it, we offer those services as well.
Who makes changes to my site after its complete?
Once completed we will turn your site over to you and show you how to make edits and changes as your business changes. We are here to help answer any questions along the way.
We also offer maintenance plans which include time for updates/changes to your site.
What is a responsive site?
A responsive website is one that adjusts automatically based on the viewers device. We ensure that your website is designed for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile so that your potential client is able to effectively navigate your site no matter the device they are using.
Do I need to find website hosting?
All packages include 1 year of hosting with our preferred hosting partner. After the first year you can manage this yourself or we offer annual renewals at a reduced rate. Because you own your site you are free to change hosting services anytime in that first year, but any fees for doing so are not included.
Who provides the content for the site?
We ask that the clients provide the content for their site. You know your customers and what you are trying to relay through your site so we have found that makes for a more organic experience. However, we are able to provide editing assistance, and in some cases full content creation for an additional fee.

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization which is the detailed work of ranking your website on search engines, such as google, to increase its visibility when users search for relevant content. This brings more consumers to your website and helps to increase your conversion rate.
WHAT IS A KEYWORD?
Keywords can be a single word up to typically 3 or 4 words. These keywords are the words or phrases that a searcher will enter into a search engine when looking for information. In example a used car dealer may use “Used Trucks” as a keyword for their business.
What is a websites rank?
The term “Rank” refers to the position that your site is listed on a search engine for a specific keyword. This is a major factor for potential clients as 67.6% of clicks are on the first 5 sites that appear in a search after the items listed as “ads”.
Does My Business need SEO?
Yes, your business absolutely should be investing in SEO. Search Engine Optimization offers an organic way to increase traffic to your website without paying per click for dedicated ads. 53% percent of clicks come from organic searches making it essential for any business.
How quick can you rank my site?
Organic SEO does not offer next day results. The process of building an ethical and effective SEO campaign takes time to establish. However, the actual length of time can be very dependent on the competition you have for the keywords targeted. While we don’t promise next day results, we do promise an honest campaign with full transparency on your current status.
What do SEO services cost?
We strive to provide transparent pricing that gives our clients options. To do this we offer three different packages for recurring monthly SEO along with one time and hourly SEO services. Visit our SEO page for more info
What Information do I need to start?
We will ask you a series of questions about your business to better understand who you are and what your company mission is. This includes information about how you are currently acquiring customers and how that differs from your competition. We need to know what your sales goals are, what your ideal customer looks like, and what sets you apart in your industry. With that information, and a Website Audit, we will have enough information to prepare a campaign proposal.
How do you keep me updated on my sites progress?
You will notice we push being transparent to our clients, something we look for when purchasing services ourselves. To accomplish that goal, we ensure our monthly SEO clients are sent out a report every month detailing the following in an easy and quick to read format.
- The previous months goals
- What we have done to achieve those goals
- Previous and current keyword ranks
- Current Google Analytics breakdown
- The next month’s goals
Do you guarantee results?
We do not guarantee a certain rank on Search Engines.
We do however guarantee that we prioritize running an ethical and transparent SEO campaign that appeals to Search Engines rank factors. Places that guarantee a first rank position or even a first page rank could be putting your website at risk. Often, they are using Black Hat techniques which can result in severe punishments from Search Engines.
